That which does not kill us makes us stronger. Our greatest test, as individuals, families and communities, comes in times of crisis. In the current crisis, our leadership and coping tools are being tested. The outcome of these tests is a function of our brain fitness.

At the conclusion of the seminar you will be offered a free assessment of these variables and the opportunity to monitor these over time.
