This course is grounded in Jim Collins’ seminal research from Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t. It explores the principles that differentiate high-performing organizations from those that plateau at mediocrity and translates them into actionable strategies for public safety leaders. Participants will analyze case studies, reflect on leadership behaviors, and apply evidence-based principles of disciplined leadership to their agency environment.
